Welcome
Hello Beautiful Lady! I am Kayla. I work with women in midlife who feel like they have lost a piece of themselves somewhere along the way, and are ready to find their way back . I have learned that this transition is not about finding the woman we used to be but truly discovering the women we are BECOMING. I often refer to midlife as the messy middle because, if I am being honest, it feels a litlle messy sometimes! The good thing is, if you find yourself in that place, you don't need to face it alone! You are in the right place for support, encouragement, self-help resources , and a customized coaching program to help you reach your full potential in this season of your life.

A Little Bit About Me
My journey into life coaching began as a psychology student studying Applied Behavior Sciences. The plan was to become a BCBA and work with children with autism. That is a pretty far stretch from where I am today. I was running from my purpose and honestly, a little lost, confused, and embarassed because at 40 something years old, you should have life all figured out, right? Well, maybe not so much. The longer I live the wiser I become and I have realized that growth, transitions, and transformations are a continuos part of life. We should embrace this, even when it hurts, even when it's hard, and even when we can't see as far ahead as we would like. So, my mission is not just to say I am a life coach, but to continually be in pursuit of education, skills, and resources that help me bring out the best in you!

Flourish Forward is a gentle, guided path designed to help you reconnect with yourself, rediscover your purpose, and move forward with clarity and confidence in this next chapter of life.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program.

At the beginning of the program, you’ll complete a simple Flourishing Assessment.
It’s not overwhelming or complicated. It’s just a thoughtful way for us to take a look at where you are right now and where you feel called to grow.
From there, your experience is shaped around you.

They’re designed for women in midlife who are ready for something more… but may not be sure where to begin.
Instead of overwhelming you with information, each workshop focuses on one meaningful area of growth and walks you through it step-by-step in a way that feels clear, supportive, and doable.
Inside each workshop, you’ll find:

a calm, welcoming environment where you can just be yourself
